Question 1: Give us a brief description of your business. How you help people? What makes you unique?
I offer personalised gifts, clothing and promotional items for your business, I try and keep my prices affordable as possible. I work mainly with individuals and small businesses so have no minimum quantity or set up fees like many other companies.
Question 2: Why do you love your business and what you do?
Question 3: Tell us about a time when you said to yourself ‘this is why I do what I do’.
I recently won an award at Sophia’s Diary for Best Gift provider for Adults. I was up against some fantastic companies and had only joined the group that year, so to win that category was amazing. I got so emotional as it just confirmed that me quitting my full time job in 2018 to follow my dream was all worth it.
Questions 4: How has MNC helped you on your business journey so far?
MNC has really helped grow my business since I joined last year. The orders I have received from the group itself has been fantastic and everyone is so supportive, we are like a little family. Also the recommendations that everyone gives to friends, family, other businesses and within other groups, we are all networking for each other all the time.
Question 5: If there was one piece of advice you would give to someone thinking of starting their own business what would it be?
“NETWORK” find the right group(s) for your business, you can advertise online etc but your best customer comes from recommendations. Word of mouth is a very powerful marketing tool!
Question 6: Anything else you want our readers to know about you and your business?
If you have an idea of something you want personalised no matter how bizarre it may sound, just ask.
Everything that I do has come from people asking “could you do this….?” I will then go off and research what I can do for you or other ideas that may help achieve your goal.
