| MNC has been steering a steady path over the past two years. We’ve navigated a pandemic, networked through Lockdowns, welcomed new members and rebranded to embrace a more inclusive future! The Pandemic has given us at HQ occasion to reflect on getting to this point and where we are headed, both personally and with our businesses. MNC was founded by Sara Guiel and Nicky Chisholm back in 2009 and 2022 marks the start of a new MNC era. Coming out of Covid this spring, sees a change in our board of Directors. Nicky has decided it’s time to start a new chapter in her life and go on all those madcap adventures she has been dreaming of for years. Sara has finally relented and given Nicky permission to leave MNC Towers! Her last ‘day in the office’ will be March 31st. Carolyn Strand, known to many of you as MNC’s ‘Director of Tech’ will be joining the MNC Board as a full Director. Sara tells us ‘that Carolyn has been true asset to MNC in the years we’ve worked with her. I am thrilled that the MNC community will benefit from her big business brain and her brilliant strategic thinking. We are very lucky to have her onboard.’ Nicky says ‘ I’m off to conquer new adventures with my family and wanted the very best for the MNC Community all at the same time. It became obvious that the community would be best served by a committed Director not one gallivanting around and I will be thrilled to follow the new MNC era develop under Sara and Carolyn’s vision.’ Carolyn says ‘ I’ve worked closely with MNC for a few years and when this opportunity arose it seemed like the most natural step to take. Exciting times for me and the MNC Community and I’m looking forward to building on the sizable legacy that Nicky has built ’ So there you have it. An update, like no other in the history of MNC. Sara is already sourcing a ginormous box of tissues and a couple of bottles of gin for handover week in the office! We are My Networking Club!
