Our Managers Will Help You Get The Most Out of Your Membership




Liz is our Enfield Town Manager. She is a life coach for teenagers/young adults and a workshop facilitator working with organisations that work with parents or young people. 

Liz loves living in North London with her partner Richard and daughter Eve. She trained as a life coach specialising in young people in 2002.

Liz is passionate about supporting parents who are in business which was her motivation for setting up her own MNC group in Enfield. When not working you can find Liz roller-skating around local parks whilst Eve scooters or at a child-friendly rave in fancy dress.



Horsham, Haywards Heath

Jenni is our Horsham and Haywards Heath Manager. Being part of MNC has seen Jenni’s business flourish and has increased her confidence, given her a complete makeover and has changed her whole outlook on life.

Jenni is Mum to Alfie and she loves the flexibility of being self-employed. She is an independent distributor and Team Leader for Utility Warehouse. 

MNC allows Jenni to put her organisational and managerial skills to great use, helping others to promote their businesses, and at the same time increasing the profile of her own.



Southampton, Romsey

Jeannette is our Southampton and Romsey Manager.  She has been involved in MNC in one guise or another for several years now. She won an award for Sussex Woman of the Year for her charity and fundraising efforts back in 2014. 

Jeanette became an independent sole trader for a company called Wikaniko in 2017 and her passion for the environment has steadily grown ever since. She does not want to change the World but make a few ripples……

Since being an MNC Manager she has made many great friends and collaborations.  




Annika is our Winchester manager. After experiencing the wonderful feel of MNC groups, she grabbed the opportunity to join the management team and felt inspired to start a new group.

Annika lives in Winchester with her husband and daughter and is committed to living as natural a lifestyle as possible. She loves being outdoors, down at their allotment, walking their dogs and trying to fit in as many camping trips as possible. 

After using and experiencing first-hand the benefits dōTERRA® essential oils provide, she was empowered to work with, and support others. This opened new doors, led to wide ranging and in depth study of Aromatherapy and it’s benefits. Her business, Essentially Serene, was formed In March 2020.

Annika says “I love meeting new people and supporting others in their journey’s. “




Lesley is our Hove Manager, she is a solution-focused therapist with a background in nursing, social work and medical sales.

A keen supporter and member of MNC she became manager of the Hove group in April 2016. Her aim is to ensure that members benefit both professionally and personally from the group.

Lesley lives in mid Sussex with her twin teenage daughters and various 4 legged friends.



Arundel & Littlehampton, Worthing, Eastbourne

Kate is our manager for Arundel and Littlehampton, Worthing and Eastbourne. Having been a member of MNC since 2013, Kate is well known across the Sussex groups and can usually be found behind her trusty camera, capturing the action at meetings and events. 

Kate’s passion is photography and in April 2017, her passion became her job, with the birth of Kate Henwood Photography. Her job title is “creator of magic and memories” – which really sums up what Kate loves to bring to her photography. 

Based in Worthing, West Sussex, Kate’s hobbies include theatre, films and spending time with friends.  She shares her home with her son Ollie, crazy border terrier Cookie and cats, Bolly and Pickle.




Suzie is our Lewes Manager. Much of Suzie’s working life has been in recruitment.  Suzie now runs her own business helping people make the best savings on their utility bills. She is a team leader for Utility Warehouse.

Suzie said… “What I liked most about my role is the happiness I spread helping people save money! Understanding people’s needs and matching these to a plan that can help them is a privilege and what motivates my business life. I have attended a number of other networking groups and  I found MNC the most friendly, helpful, supportive and idea provoking.”



Chichester, Portsmouth

 Liz is our Chichester and Portsmouth Manager.  Liz enjoyed attending MNC meetings so much that she decided to roll her sleeves up and get more involved as a manager.

Liz runs ARISE with husband Andy, which helps people save money on family and business bills. Liz’s main focus, is helping people with funeral planning.  A 34 year career in nursing has led Liz to get people talking about death as planning ahead reduces financial and emotional stress. Liz’s professional manner allows this to be a supportive and positive experience.

Liz and Andy have 7 grown-up children between them and live on Hayling Island with their Yorkshire Terrier Hattie. 

Liz is passionate to see people achieve in their business and brings many skills to MNC.




Cassie is our Coulsdon Manager.  A new member to MNC, after just a few weeks Cassie jumped at the chance of becoming a manager and starting a brand new group in Coulsdon. The supportive and amazing feel to the groups, is what made the decision an easy one for Cassie.

Cassie lives in Surrey with her three beautiful children, their lovely family dog and two mischievous cats.  She loves helping others and so managing an MNC group will enable her to help others and support small businesses by enabling them to make new connections.

Cassie is a Certified Children’s Life Coach who trained with the Kids Life Studio. She aims to motivate and inspire children with the ultimate goal of happiness and providing them with the tools they will need to face the challenges of life.
