Passionate about raising a healthy generation.
I help parents re-balance their health and wellbeing so they have the best tools and knowledge they need to raise a healthy family.
I do this trough 1:1 programmes where we look at 5 key areas of a parents life that needs some care and attention so they can thrive in life and not just survive the parenting years.
I also work with parents who are struggling to understand how to help their children who may have an illness or condition that is not allowing them to live their best life. I work with the parent to work out the best techniques to make nutritional and lifestyle changes that will allow their child to thrive through their learning years and beyond.
I can see clients in person at Keats Clinic in London or Online.
I also run free talks about health topics that are relevant to improving our health and wellbeing at any stage of life!
