Biographical Info
I’m a massage and holistic therapist with over 20 years experience in bodywork, so you’re in safe hands! I also trained in beauty therapy, and had a very successful career teaching advanced beauty techniques all over the UK. Until recently I had my own salon, too. But after much soul-searching and personal development, I’ve gone back to my roots. I’ve also realised a decade–long dream, and have finally qualified as a hypnotherapist, too!
I’m a widowed mummy to IVF identical twin girls who are 4 years old, and have had my fair share of trauma; I decided to use my life experiences to help others.
My mission is to help you find inner calm, in whatever modality resonates best with you.
