Welcome to the all-new, shiny, and of course familiar MNC!
We have been preparing for a brave new, more inclusive world at MNC. The past year has taught us all to embrace change. We’ve had to turn our setting on the dial to ‘adaptable’ and learn to respond to our ever-growing community. We have reflected, gathered feedback and planned. And now we are ready, to help you power ahead into the new business world that’s ready and waiting for us all.
Supporting our diverse membership
Business, life and the world, has moved on since we started The Mumpreneurs Networking Club over a decade ago. Ten years ago the term ‘Mumpreneur’ was new and controversial but it represented at the time, what we – Nicky Chisholm and Sara Guiel – set as our mission. We were passionate about providing a networking environment that absolutely understood the challenges of being a Mum in Business. Meetings that were convenient with a family’s timetable – these were few and far between at the time, and so many needed this opportunity.
As technology advanced, more small businesses were set up at home and the blanket female bias started to shift. Our membership started to diversify, and our dynamic, friendly environment became less female-centric. Fast forward a few years, chuck in a Pandemic and three lockdowns and it’s time for a new beginning.
The new MNC – My Networking Club – is ready to keep the MNC business community connecting, engaging, growing and visible.
Our core values remain the same
We will continue to champion small businesses, giving them a voice, addressing the issues that affect them and the members within it. We will continue to provide opportunities for small business owners to stay visible and find support.
And there will be some new features too, for instance, we are providing a new educational programme with National partners to upskill our community to help them accelerate their businesses. There’ll be a lot of the comfortable (and dynamic) familiar, that our community have grown to love, mixed with the thrill of the new and the future proof.
Throughout the past 12 months, we’ve seen our community flex in all sorts of ways. Businesses have pivoted, closed, flourished and started up. Our commitment to keeping opportunities for high quality, dynamic networking events has remained constant right from the beginning of this Pandemic journey. This is unwavering as we forge ahead with a comprehensive training programme, into exciting times for the whole of the MNC community.
If you have been a part of our community – thank you for showing up and getting involved. Your smiles and energy have meant the world. We have loved watching your businesses flourish. If you are new to My Networking Club, welcome to the most friendly and dynamic community – we’re certain you’ll love the positive impact it’ll make on your business.
Our name, My Networking Club, is new, but our mission – to keep our community visible, viable and supported – remains at the very heart of everything we do.

In my heart I’ll always be a Mumpreneur, but for my head (and my spelling) MNC nails it and the slide over to My Networking Club is so simple, it’s seamless.
Thank you once again for all the hard work you’ve done behind the scenes to bring this about. There is no shadow of doubt you’ve beavered furiously to achieve it and even though I am now no more than an ageing ‘ex’ member, I will follow your travels and continue to cheer you at every turn.
Hit the ‘Sky Rocket’ button Ladies, and take the next couple of generations of vibrant, switched on, determined and caring entrepreneurs with you. You’ve proved you can not only teach them to fly but when the going gets tough, you can show them how to abseil as well! 😉
