I have been coaching and mentoring for the last 16 years in a variety of different settings – in secondary schools and youth clubs. I also have a private practice working face to face in Enfield and worldwide on Skype.

In schools and youth settings – I provide one to one coaching and mentoring support to keep young people in school by addressing their anger, reasons for internal exclusions, peer pressures and friendship issues, dealing their organisational skills with school work and revision, looking at stress management techniques and looking at how to practice selfcare at busy and stressful times.

With organisations who have apprentices, I can be part of their support to ensure they are staying on track and getting what they need from the apprenticeship and to help them to put plans in place if there are things that need to be improved on or new skills gained.

When I first meet a young person and they chose to work with me after the initial meeting, it allows me to support them to find out more about themselves. By setting goals and targets to achieve after each session, it helps young people to move things forward themselves.

When a Mum says their son doesn’t get angry anymore and it had transformed the household and their relationships strengthened too.

I was a member with my daughter in tow, before I opened MNC Enfield Town 4 years ago. I had networked consistently as a member so people kept my details and then got in touch when they needed my services.

Find your tribe. MNC is one of mine. As a recent pop up school graduate I learnt a lot of new things about running a business which I will be implementing this quarter.

I am available for Skype mentoring UK wide and face to face in Enfield. Working in secondary schools in North London, I can provide one to one coaching, small group workshops which could be breakfast, lunchtime or after school clubs covering a wide variety of issues eg stress management, healthy habits, dealing with revision to name a few.
