Biographical Info
Hi I’m Katie and I joined MNC many years ago with my Forever Living business. I’m still with Forever but my new passions now are hosting Self Care Sanctuary Days in my home in Storrington.
These are for women who are overwhelmed, frazzled, in need of some “me” time and in need of a day just to switch off, relax, have a soothing facial or a footspa, a glass or two of Prosecco, a Jacuzzi and enjoy some lovely home cooked healthy (or indulgent!) food.
My garden overlooks the South Downs and is completely private, you can watch the gliders from the South Downs Glider Club that’s nearby, sit and read or have a snooze, listen to some chilled music or meditations.
The day is completely tailored to your wishes so get in touch and we can started creating your perfect Self Care Sanctuary Day.

I’m also a host for Tapestry Day Club who help people with early Dementia to have a day out in a host’s home, with 3-4 other guests, chatting, playing games or quizzes, having lunch and making friends. It gives their partner or carer some respite and gives them a lovely day out each week.
